When you call our office, our staff will discuss your options and estimate prices for you. All fees are due at the appointment before services are rendered. You will only be charged for services you receive. For instance, when you come for your initial appointment for preadmission paperwork, lab work, sonogram, and patient education, that is all you will be expected to pay for at that time. The remaining balance will be due the day of your procedure. We are able to accept cash, credit and debit cards (VISA, MasterCard, & Discover - the credit card owner must be present to show ID and sign, and cannot make payment without the patient being present). Unfortunately, we are not able to accept personal checks.

We know that paying for an abortion can be hard for many people. Due to the politics in our state of Texas, there is no state Medicaid funding for abortion services. Most insurance providers do not cover the expense of an elective abortion procedure; therefore we do not accept any insurance. You may file a claim on your own with your insurance provider. We are unable to make payment arrangements, but will try and help you as best we can. Below is an organization that might be able to help you with partial funding of your procedure. Lilith Fund can often offer grants to women who are having trouble paying the entire fee for their abortion. Click here www.lilithfund.org or call toll free at 877-659-4304.
